We are happy and proud to have received the Industrial Innovation Award 2021 as part of the 'Innovative Industry' call for projects by the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolitan Area at the Industria Méditerranée 2021 exhibition.
This is a great recognition that rewards a technology enabling environmental protection, especially in the context of water, while enhancing the competitiveness of businesses.
We embrace the challenge of Industry 4.0 through the smart monitoring enabled by our technology: a fast, simple, and operator-free analysis for trace pollutants (down to micrograms per liter).
Jacques Richier, Vice President of the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis, responsible for Economy, Tourism, Industry, and Innovation, participated in the inaugural roundtable at Industria Méditerranée, a trade fair showcasing industrial expertise and technologies organized by the CCI Nice Côte d'Azur.
The development of "industrial innovation" is the economic priority for Christian Estrosi's new term, with the need to reconsider an industrial strategy today and support industrial companies in Industry 4.0 digital transition, innovative industrial processes, and technology transfer issues. Several initiatives have been launched to assist and support companies in their investment, modernization, and research and development efforts, including the first Call for Projects from the Metropolis for industrial innovation.
Following the roundtable, Jacques Richier announced the winners of this first Call for Projects for the implementation of innovative industrial demonstrators. Out of the 20 companies that applied, priority was given to projects in the region's strategic sectors, including eco-industries, healthcare, and cybersecurity. In addition to technical relevance and economic impact, social and environmental factors were also considered in the selection criteria.
